Rationale
Some surveys can have a very important number of questions cause by many conditions. A big number of question can make users "afraid" to answer the survey. So, it would be interesting not display this number if we want.

Such as "allow save", it would be interesting to create a new parameter in survey's paramaters page, called "display total number of question"yes/no.

Yes this can be adjusted using the template, but in this case, we have to make this for all templates created ... So the number of template is multilicated by 2 !!
It's not very optimized, and users can choose the wrong template.

The other solution could be :
if this number of question is superior than 50 (for example), it's not displayed in the template.

What do you think about this ?
