Idea #100: Duplicate survey feature

bug This idea was marked as implemented the 24 October 10. Available starting 1.90.
Written by fingerprn the 3 Feb 10 at 22:12. Related project: 1.x all. Status: Implemented
Rationale
I use the same survey, except for a few small changes, with different groups of people. I'd like the ability to just click a button and copy a survey, including questions, layout, etc., without needing to use the import/export feature.

Selected solution (#1): Copy survey button
Written by fingerprn the 3 Feb 10 at 22:12.
Right next to the Export Survey Structure button, add a Copy Survey button. When you click on it, it asks for a new survey name. Click on that and it creates an exact duplicate (except the survey name) of the current survey structure and design. From there, you can open the new "inactive" survey and make any necessary changes.

It would be great if the cloned survey can inherit the custom fields (token's ones) even if the proper token table need to be created

Besides the "copy survey" aspect, which I think is a really good idea, I would like to see the possibility to copy questions with a button.

Ideally the questions should be saved in some kind of "library" where you can take them from and include them in a new survey (and adapt it there).

Because often you have questions that you use in several different surveys (socio-demographics, etc.).
