Make email confirmation optional when using public registration

We have a survey used to get feedback on our website. We'd like to have information about who sent that feedback so we would like to use the public registration system. But the step of waiting for an email has great chance of discouraging the user to give feedback. So we put a question asking for personal information instead and didn't used tokens.

Solution #1: Add a checkbox in the tokens tabs about that email

Workaround have already been defined here http://docs.limesurvey.org/Workarounds%3A+Further+solutions+provided+by+Limesur vey+users#Alternate_Bypassing_Email_Check_at_Registration but this will be used for all surveys. It also mean it shouldn't be too complicated to get a clean solution.
